About Us

In 2019, Alex and his parents went on a trip to Italy. They took a trip from Rome to Tuscany, and while in Tuscany, they stayed at Castello Di Nero. Alex had always loved pasta, and so his parents signed up for a pasta-making class from a Michelin Star Chef named Giovanni Luca Di Pirro. Alex and his parents got recipes from that class, and Alex is now making the pasta he learned with the world so they can taste the freshness and delectability he tasted in Italy.
